HOW DO MICELLES WORK?
Thanks to the bipolar structure of micelles, lipids (oils) are eliminated by a simple mechanical phenomenon known as adsorption. Micelles are both hydrophilic and hydrophobic, this allows them to be soluble in water AND imprison impurities / oils.
