- Healthcare provider’s primary specialty, if applicable.
- Details about your medical practice, if applicable.
- That is about you but individually does not identify you (unless you provide us information on your identity), such as your location, and such other information you provide to us when you use our Website.
- Through Google Analytics (more on this below) and Meta Pixel (more on this below) that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as names of the pages you accessed, the browser and the operating system you used, the date and time of access, search engines you used, the equipment you used to access our Website and usage details such as traffic data, logs, and other communication data, resources accessed or used on our Website.
The following are the ways we collect information from you:

Google Analytics, Google Ads and Remarketing
We use a tool called “Google Analytics”, a web analytics service provided by Google to monitor the performance of our Website and collect information on your use of our Website. We also use Google Ads for remarketing and re-engagement of audiences which allow us to reach people who previously visited our Website. Meta Pixel
We also use a tool called “Meta Pixel”, a small piece of JavaScript provided by Meta to monitor the performance of our Website and collect information on your use of our Website. We use the Meta Pixel to reach people who visited our Website, optimize our ads across the Internet (e.g., creating custom audiences of our visitors), and enable us to obtain reports and insights on the results of such ads. If we collected healthcare provider personal information and you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by Company to promote our products, or receive educational materials about our products, do not check the relevant box that may be located on the form on which we collect your data. You can also send us your request here. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or unsubscribe by using the link on such email. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, or other transactions.
